I eat at a lot of hard rock cafe's bit after my experience at this one, I will not eat at another one. I can say the service was nice, I won't complain there. Now for the food and the management, well sucked. Out of the eight of us, three of us got food poisoning. Now after talking to the management who I thought was unprofessional, didn't even offer to comp or offer gift certificates for our troubles. All I got is a bunch of bs.
We had to eat at the bar because there was a 45 minute wait other than that it was great!
First time, never coming back. Not worth it. Could've just microwaved my own food.
Bad service! Food was great but the fact I had to send our appetizer back to get heated up because of the fact we had been waiting so long for our dipping sauce, silverware and napkins our server by the way was just passing and passing by she was also too busy talking at the bar area and that's not even half of it brought us the wrong thing and as we notified her she was completely rude about it as if was our fault! Went today and as always, there was no wait, food was amazing, and service was awesome. Our waiter made sure our drinks was filled, and brought out the food quickly. Love it and will come again!
Great food & atmosphere but a little overpriced. Still enjoyed it.

The food was very good. The service was questionable. We waited over 10 minutes for our waitress to show up after we were seated. A table next to us actually left because they had been seated longer than us and had no sign of the waitress. Afterwards, we were on our 3rd and last drinks and mine was fully of "floaties." Our waitress didn't show up again, so we waived down the male host. He looked at the drink and said, "that's gross! Let me go get your waitress, I know where she is."
