I've been going to Dr. Lira's office for dental care for 15 years and have had no problems obtaining appointments, getting consistently good, efficient care from hygienists and, when necessary, having various dental work done by Dr. Lira without complication.
I always feel that I get the best care and the staff always has my best dental care at heart.
The friendly warm atmosphere is always there. Everyone is concerned for the patient"s welfare. Asking how the patience is doing. Then the technology is painless to the max, low noise, TV, headphones, offering bottled water, makes a person feel special. The doctor calls you at home when he does a procedure. The doctor thanks you for coming, and for referrals. I could go on and on, it doesn't get any better than this, it runs like a well oiled machine. From the moment I walk in I feel special at the desk.
My family and I have been going to Dr. Lira and his team for over 14 years. Throughout that time frame we have experienced nothing less than 5 star treatment. Every time we tell our children we have dentist appointments they get excited. This isn't because they are excited to find out if they have cavities, its because the staff treats us so well. I have been seeing Dr. Lira since he opened his doors years ago. I always hated going to the dentist, that is, until met Dr. Lira. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Lira and his staff. You won't find any better anywhere. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
Cities dental has been our family care provider since they opened. Very professional staff, from the hygenist to the technicians. And Dr. Lira has always been wonderful.
