Dr. Lira and his assistant are outstanding. I was comfortable from the beginning, greeted kindly by Dr. Lira and was often told what specific part of the process was going to occur next. For example, when applying novocaine, Dr. Lira would alert me specifically where and for about how long. Starting when I walked through the door, the staff at Cities Dental provided friendly, professional service. Sandy does an amazing job of managing the reception area, phones and scheduling of appointments. The hygienists are friendly and professional and Dr. Lira willing takes time to answer questions and address concerns.
