You are as uneducated online as you are in person. To argue with dissatisfied customers after horrible customer service just shows how miserable you are in life and how poor your business is doing. I came in & told them it was my 1st time, was excited, massage was great. After I pay for my $90 service, I tipped. The lady at the desk brings out a paper that says “assuming you are an educated individual…” basically insulting anyone who doesn’t want to tip $10 or more. I let her know if she was educated, she would know how disrespectful it is to ask for more of a tip when I ALREADY TIPPED. Disgusting.
The receptionist was very rude unprofessional with no ethics or no coustomer service . I belive they no idea off professionalism. Sad . This is my real and honest opinion. Guys be ready when you go to this place for any unpleasant situations.
