I have never dealt with such an incompetent group of individuals. They avoid answer phone calls and do NOT return them. Their lack of communication is just as infuriating infuriating as their inability to conduct business like professionals. Happy Doors is the very best. My wife and I have rental property in Arizona and Hawaii. We have had many people take advantage of us, on our real estate and several other personal matters. We feel like there is now someone truly watching out for our best interests. More importantly for my wife, the Hawaii house is the house her mother worked her whole life to pay for to provide my wife some financial security after Mon was gone. We are extremely grateful to Happy Doors for the outstanding service they provide.

Happy Doors took over property management where I've lived for 18+ years. We've been through 6 property managers. These guys have their act together. 1. They communicate with us. 2. They perform annual unit inspections. 3. They advise of impending dangers (such as the hurricane) and tell us what to do to be ready, protect ourselves and our belongings. 4. First and foremost: MILITARY BEWARE. Happy Doors Property Management is the worst property management company I have worked with, and I have worked with some bad ones before. I was lied to right from the beginning (was told yardwork would be taken care of, then once papers were signed, was told that was not the case). If you are military, I would highly advise you to stay away, but if you choose to go with them, make sure you know the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act inside and out. Brent was a slow to respond property manager but we had limited contact with him and his staff during the time we rented from them. Upon moving out we hired the cleaning company he recommended only to find he contacted them later and asked them to do additional work at my expense without my approval for which we were not responsible (cleaning a garage door? re-cleaning spaces and more).
