Terrible experience. They confused our paperwork with someone else and ultimately turned us down based on someone else's information. They took application fees for 2 of us and then said we didn't have enough income. My husband received a group email from them with a stranger.
This is the new low for me for this company. Terrible communication, i would give them F- if there was that option. I've seen bad service, but this is the worst. Don't waist your time and money! They are very bad! They will take your application fee and never...never get back with you!!!!

We rented a unit managed by Happy Doors for almost three years. A couple of times things broke and needed replacements and they were able to get those scheduled in as quick as they possibly could. We also lost the keys to our mailbox and they quickly referred us to someone that could rekey for us on the same day. DO NOT USE- military families beware! We ended our lease with happydoors due to a military PCS. We spent 3 hours doing the checkout walkthrough to make sure everything was perfect. We touched up the paint, bought lightbulbs and refrigerated filters, and etc to make sure the place was perfect. We were given the green light that everything looked good and we would receive our full deposit back. A few weeks later we did receive our full deposit back. I have never dealt with such an incompetent group of individuals. They avoid answer phone calls and do NOT return them. Their lack of communication is just as infuriating infuriating as their inability to conduct business like professionals.
