This was our first time owning a home and hiring a company to manage our property. We hired HappyDoors Property Management and worked with them for 4 years, however none of those years were pleasant. From the beginning, we did not receive the services we elected for and constantly had to follow up with them to ensure they were taken care of. I have applied to properties with this company and got an automatic rejection. Why? All because their automated system couldnt not verify my income. When a simple call or email to my employer would verify my information. I have called and called and no one will call me back to rectify the problem.

I was active duty **** at the time and I had the worst experience with this property management business, and I urge everyone to stay away from them. They are a fraudulent company that takes advantage of unsuspecting tenants and does not care about the well-being of their clients. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS! I should have followed my first instincts. I've learned in this process and dealing with Happy Doors that you can't trust everyone with your affairs. With Happy Doors, as long as they are getting paid and there is no need to communicate with them, you'll have no worries. I should have read all the reviews on Yelp and the BBB portal! Most of the negative reviews are a faithful duplication of my experience! I certan that they read all the reviews because when they ask for and recieve a favorable review the response is lightning fast! I reiterate DO Not employ this company. Moving out and told i need to clean the apartment (i agree) however; they give me a list of 3 cleaners i can use, all 3 i call quote me $600 starting price to clean a 2 bed 2 bath with no carpet or pets tiny condo, one of the 3 answered the phone saying bla bla cleaning and photography.. if this isnt a scam setting up friends to rip off military i dont know what is.If your military stay away from happy doors!
Great services but theres room for improvement. Generally my calls, emails were answered in a timely manner, the only thing that bothers me a little is key pick up. I expected the person to show up on time so I dont have to reschedule, or at least let me know if running late or cant make it.
