Terrible customer service. Owner was really snotty when I dropped off my dog. Then said my normally calm dog was aggressive towards the groomer. Surprising since she has never been aggressive to anyone. The owner was really rude when I picked her up. Took her across town to another place and oddly no problem. I would not recommend them.

This is the only place where I will take my Pitbull, Nala. We have recommended Happy Pet Parlor to friends and colleagues and they as well have been very pleased.
Followed Jolie when she left Petsmart and always brought my dogs here. Unfortunately, we moved 30 miles west and still haven't found a place that I trust. Happy Pet Parlor offers safe, friendly and personal service. Love them and so will your four-legged kids!
Amazing groomers!!!!! My dog is very comfortable and not stressed when she is at the shop! Always smiles on everyone's face! Reasonable prices as well!
We love Happy Pet Parlor in Elk Grove Village. We have taken our dogs to various groomers and they were never happy. And quite frankly neither we're we! We have been taking our babies to Happy Pet Parlor since they opened, and we couldn't be happier! They are friendly, caring, and I know they are being taken good care of. The pricing is super reasonable and they always give the best grooming job. We highly recommend Happy Pet Parlor grooming! They are more than Awesome!!!
