RecommendedOur baby finally got her stitches out today & I was able to take her to our favorite groomer. We’ve been going to Happy Pet Parlor since they opened. The staff is always welcoming & has always done a terrific job taking care of our family pets, past & present, as if they were their own. OMG!! Winnie smells wonderful & her coat feels amazing. Because they are not honest people they overcharged on my credit card and took my dog for shed treatment and now my entire house is full of hair,when I went to see what happened the lady told that treatment does not work for my dog ,then a ask her why she did it if it does work for my dog then she gave another excuse but the cherry was when I check my statement and I realize they overcharged and asker why and request my receipt again and she told me go home look for your receipt and I’ll ask you to leave because you are bein... read more
Based on the reviews, I would not ever consider bringing my pets to your facility. Keep in mind, pets are family members and their environment should be sanitary.
We have been using Happy Pet Parlor, specifically Jolee for 10+ years. She and her team are the ONLY one's we trust our Molly to for her grooming needs. We have always been treated with nothing but kindness from Jolee, as well as extreme patience. As a small business owner myself, I know how consumer reviews can sometime be taken out of context, and often times are inaccurate. Thank you Jolee for you and your team. This place is DREADFUL. Am I the only one who understands the way business works? At a service such as this, it might be a novel idea to be polite and kind to your customers. I was greeted with subpar EVERYTHING and then given a ton of misinformation that I later confirmed with the vet was a bunch of nonsense. My dog got a “nosebleed” in their care and had to be rushed to the emergency vet shortly after. Took my baby Milo here today, he and I were a bit nervous lol, but he did Amazing and came out looking so fluffy, cute and smelled great. You can tell they really love animals! We will definitely come back soon! 😍🐾
I can’t say enough amazing things about Happy Pat Parlor. I have a 12 year old mini schnauzer who is a pain to groom. The Happy Pet team always takes great care of her and has her looking amazing every time. There was even a time where she had an accident and they took the extra time to make sure she was clean! LOVE this place!
Jolie and her staff Happy Pet Parlor Inc. are wonderful groomers. Roxy comes back looking beautiful and smelling amazing every time I pick her up. They take such good care of her while she’s there and they even do some extra special services like feather extentions. Check them out!
