Recommendedmy dog loves it. he actually gets excited, other places he use to cry and try to pull away from the door he didn't want to go in. but here he likes going in and he seems ok staying. I love that he can get his joint soak and facial I just wish I could remember to ask go a picture of it.

Cannot day enough good things about Happy Pet Parlor!! They are so kind and nice to my little Lhasa-poo, who hates car rides and gets really nervous being away from home. But they do a wonderful job taking care of her and trimming her fur and nails, and she always looks so adorable! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs their dog groomed!
We just picked up our dog from Happy Pet Parlor!! Can’t say enough about our experience! From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcome and relieved that we found a groomer that would take care of our dog. Having a pitbull most places/people treat us and our dog differently and after a bad experience with Petsmart I’m so happy to say we found our new groomer. Great staff great experience! Thank you Kris and team for an amazing job!! We will be customers for life!
We LOVE all of the staff at Happy Pet Parlor! Our dog is high energy, but Jolie and her staff know just how to handle her to keep everyone safe and happy. Roo loves coming here for grooming. We can’t say anything but good things about these guys and recommend them to everyone we know!
We absolutely LOVE this place. We live a block away and while our dog was still with us he would want to walk there just to visit. My husband would tell the owner that if he ever got lost, the first place he would look for him would be her place. He was calm and relaxed when grooming was over. This wasn't true for the other place we went to. Even the mobile groomer that came made him run and hide.

Took my dog in there yesterday to get her nails trimmed and when I left my dog is now injured. I'm at the vet's office right now having her foot x-rayed. They have denied all culpability and given me a fake email address for a fake boss. There scam artists and grifters. Do not trust these people with your pets.

I always debate whether or not we should even respond to accusations like this. All of our services are performed in front of cameras. Can a dog pull a muscle trying to wiggle their way out of a nail trim or even just stepping wrong, yes, we all can. Is that our fault? Should we send home every dog who even wiggles a tiny bit? We do not hesitate to stop the service if we think the dog will hurt itself (or hurt us). My furry babies love this place. They are greeted by name and are always super excited to see everyone there. They use the best products and the dogs are super fluffy and smell very good when I pick them up.
