My fiancé and I bring our dog to Happy Pet Parlor. Best decision you can make. My parents also bring their two dogs there and couldn't be happier.
If I could give this place zero stars I would! The owner is an incompetent moron! I brought my dogs in for a nail clipping. The owner was was the only person available. Took my babies, cut their nails with freaking SCISSORS!! Really?!? My one dog was dripping in blood when she handed her back to me. Her nails were cut so freaking short that there was almost nothing left! No apology or anything. Just "it happens". Are you kidding me?!?! My pants were covered in blood. Great place and the best customer service I have ever experienced. These young owners are very passionate with their work and pay attention to all the little details of my dog. Locally owned and operated with big heart! A big thanks from world class dog Uno and Vom Moua-Forst.
I have been taking my dogs here for about 3 years now. I took my dog in yesterday and I feel like things have changed. I got charged full price even though they couldn't cut my dogs nails. (I've been able to cut my dogs nails). No little bandana on him like before (not a big deal) I'm more concerned about paying for a service full price when they couldn't do the complete package. Unfortunately I'll be looking for another groomer for my dogs. Plus it seems the reviews are starting to go down.

Hi we are sorry that your pup wouldn’t let us do his nail trim. I know about a year ago on your last visit we got it done but this time he was struggling so much that for his safety we had to stop so he would not hurt himself. We would always rather tell a client that we could not do a service instead of risking hurting a dog because we kept trying when it wasn’t safe. They really take good care of your dog just as if the dog was their dog.
An amazing place and the only reason I know that this is my niece and her love for animals is huge and it shows in everything she does .love you honey I am so proud and amazed that you're beautiful beautiful happy pet parlor
