They refused to come outside to get my aunts dog when previously they would for her since she is disabled and in a wheelchair. The girl was very rude and refused when she was already there with her dog parked right outside . Very disappointing you Lost a long time customer 👎🏼

We have been going here for 5 years. They moved and we will not be going back. They charged us to trim the dogs nails and they never did it. They told us that the dog tried to bite the groomer. The dog is 5 years old and is never even growled or showed his teeth to anyone. He's the most kind gentle dog to kids and adults. the ignorant response and rudeness was the icing on the cake. what were you doing to our dog that made a dog who's never even showing his teeth at someone want to bite you? Great work. Paws down the best care of the hot fur ball mess of a dog I have. So grateful for the time and care of our fur baby. He looks amazing. Highly recommend.

The staff is super friendly and my dog Louie loves it here! He’s comes out of here happy and clean and smiling from ear to ear. The ladies and gentleman here are always happy and have a wonderful passion for pets! 10 out of 10!

Dishonest staff, brought my dog in at 11 am today and she wasn’t even completed at 2pm. It was excuses and lies versus just owning up to being behind schedule. I then get a call just to come get my dog because they don’t have time to finish her! I have brought my dog here for years and they have now lost a loyal customer whom would recommend their business.
Dishonest. Rude. Sent home my family dog unfinished, half groomed.
