We have been going to Happy K-9 for about 2 1/2 years now. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I love taking my dog here to bathe!

UPDATED: They've handled the issues we had, and have offered to fix things, and so I'll update with an even higher rating after trying them again in the future, if things go well. Took our dog here, they overcharged us, my dogs foot bled for 2 days after, because they skinned her pads, trimming her feet. Sent an email, and left a public comment, and still no response. This was a few weeks ago. Plus, our dog acted traumatized for several days after her groom. I have no idea why, if they did something to her to frighten her, b... read more

I've been using Happy K9 for about a year. I used to go to Petsmart and felt it was too big and too busy. Happy K9 is small, clean and smells great! I've witnessed them treat my dog and others with great care and compassion. I've always left satisfied and am able to address any concerns when dropping my dog off. I'm a forever client.
I would NEVER suggest anyone to go to the dog grooming place Happy K9 Self-Serve Dog Wash & Grooming. I took rowdy there for the first time and had a terrible experience. While rowdy was licking his nose they slit his tongue with the razor. Rowdy now has a vet visit on Monday and he is completely traumatized. He won't eat, he's nonstop shaking, and he won't open his mouth. Every time I touch around his nose area he starts to shake bad.
