RecommendedOutstanding service. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Team member Chelsea was extremely helpful and made the experience that much better. She gave the best information in order to make everything as enjoyable as possible. Definitely made my doggo happy.
We've been going there for 2 years, the staff is professional and courteous and both Jaiya and Shanti look great when they get back. The girls are happy when we pull up to the center on Clifford so I know they enjoy their time there.
Great price and great service
We were told we could not bath our dog because she had two small mats, one on each side of her snout. The explained is would dry tighter a cut of blood flow. I explained we had done it before and were able to work the mats out with no problem. The person dealing with us was kind but seemed to not really understand the issue. They did comp the nail clipping and anal expression. However, I researched this and the articles I read said it was harder to get mats out when wet but not a thing about circulation. It was such an easy process and they supplied us with everything we needed (included in the price). We’ll be back for sure!!
Worst grooming experience and customer service experience. Their team cut way more fur off of her backend than I told them that they were allowed to, and when they presented her to me, everything looked so bad and jagged. I had to hand her back twice for them to fix it, which just made it worse. They chopped off most of her tail into this awkward cubed shape.
