I have an elderly lab that is deaf and half-blind. I usually bathe him at home, but it's too cold and he was really dirty. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get him into the tub as he weighs over 90lbs and is hesitant of ramps and stairs. A young man that worked there helped me get him up the platform and even trimmed his nails for me(even though we were using the self-serve option) The staff was friendly and seemed to really love animals. Equipment & available services were great and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Captain Jack Spaniel and his lovely wife, Patty, are ready for the holidays! I $aved a bundle washing them myself and choosing a few a la carte services. Grooming packages seem very reasonable, too. We'll be back!
Love this place! My pup Bub's is always very well groomed and happy when I pick him up! They are very professional and timely! Thank you Happy K9!

There is no Zero star or that is what they would get for their terriable service, terriable management, terriable owner. I would not recommend them at all to anyone.
