I have 2 large Great Pyrenees. I've used the self wash and also the we wash Wednesday. It's always a wonderful experience and the quality and price can't be beat! The staff is very helpful and kind, they really care about the animals! We rescued one of our Great Pyrenees in Houston, and he was covered in flea dirt, poor baby was filthy with matted dirty clumps of fur. We've been using happy K-9 since they opened spending $ 300.00 dollars every time we take my 4 dogs in for baths and grooming. Over the last 1/12 they have really gone down hill hurting my dogs. Not even a apology. I know this will be deleted but I feel better knowing that I got this off my chest. But this long time customer is looking for a New groomer that understands what having good customer service is all about.

We have spoken with you about this specific situation, and feel that asking you to call ahead in order to cancel an appointment is not too much to ask. Great place with great people. Most of the time I use the self service wash. Some times I use the full service grooming. I would not trust any one els with my dog. Happy K9 is awesome.
I have never left a review before but I had to with this place I just finished bathing my Great Dane and I loved the staff!! And the place is clean and dose not smell like dog. I visited the location on camp Bowie.

I have been using Happy K-9 for two years and my two babies always come home with the exact cut I asked for. You can tell the groomers and staff really listen and deliver. Great service, great prices, clean and well maintained environment.

Our dogs love going here. Their day at the spa. We can't get the bandanas off of them for a couple of weeks cuz they become attached to them. I think it is because they associate it with those that pampered them. We love Happy K-9!
