I can't say enough good things about Happy Camper Services. We had a need and they went above and beyond to fill that need. Now no one has to freeze in this the coldest night of the year thus far. The heater works now thanks to Jeremy! He made sure it was repaired an hour and a half after we called him! Happy Camper has truly been a blessing to us today. We will be back next time! I took my generator to happy camper, trying to keep my business local. I had to buy the part and pay the $5.00 shipping. I can't believe they couldn't afford the shipping. They changed out the part and charged me 400.00 and it is still not running. They told me it needed about 1600.00 worth of work now to change out another part. We called a friend and he told us about another place in Biloxi. My husband took it on Monday and it was ready on Monday. I made an appointment and it was priority. It only cost me 390.00 to fix. Great folks from management to the techs working there and all around good atmosphere.
What a great company. Kenny came to us today at Little Black Creek Campground. Replaced a circuit board. His knowledge and expertise was so impressing. He is such a nice guy.
Our RV AC coils were icing over, Happy Camper Service Center came to or RV site near Sanford MS and replace the circuit box and thermostat, now the AC runs like a brand new unit. Thank you Happy Camper Service Center for a professional well done job.
