Katie is a new orthotist/manager here (that was previously at another Hanger office), and she’s awesome. The two receptionists at the front desk are kind and helpful. This isn’t always the case at medical practices, so I want to highlight this. Ana especially stands out. You can hear the empathy in her voice as she tries to resolve any issue you’re facing.
