Came to Susan after a bad experience at another salon, that damaged my nails and was an unhygienic environment. She took me in last minute and made time for me despite her busy schedule. It was the first time I experienced such care and expertise getting my nails done. OK, so yes I’m a guy. But I’ve seen Susan do many sets of nails, in multiple colors, in multiple shades, some plain, some with dazzling designs and patterns, and I’ve always been amazed at the quality of the work she does. And then when people come back weeks later just to get touchups and things like that, how well the nails have lasted. She is a consummate professional, and does amazing first class work.

I have been getting my nails done at hands Down for the last year and I couldn’t be happier. Susan is a fantastic technician and my nails are perfection every time. I highly recommend her!!
