AWESOME SERVICE! JAIME IS THE BEST!
Unfortunately we didn’t find this Hotel to be very family friendly at all & the staff weren’t very helpful at all. It appears to me to be more suited for corporate & conference goers. The rooms are out dated & very dark & the room service wasn’t great as we were told “it’s because of the low occupancy”. There was only one restaurant open as the other was closed due to low season. We were given breakfast vouchers for 2 adults but still had to pay for the kids breakfasts which I found quite unusual. As in other places we’ve st... read more
