For supposedly being Covid compliant the room was disgusting. Walked into the room to find some sort of blood or red stain on the leather seat, stained bed sheets, crackers in a drawer, my 1 1/2yr old daughter found a food container lid of some sort under the drapes and the shower curtain had what appeared to be black mold on it. I tried calling management and they did not answer. the staff is just the best.
The shower had a pull out clothes line very handy to drip dry swim suits. The staff was very responsive to requests. They are alert and attentive. I just happen to be standing by the house keeping cart trying to figure out how to carry my rolling suitcase down the stairs and a member of house keeping walked over to me and asked if I needed help

we were there for a training. Pathways to justice..and it was nice to just relax n have a great experience.
Very rude staff basically pulling teeth to get a question answered. Went to a wedding over the weekend and the planner was not good at all rude with a strong attitude couldn't give answers about what would be done about the rain if it was to rain. She also was snarky with the comments. The food was horrible under cooked steaks and hair on the food had them take it back they never brought a new plate out to replace the old one. they also charge 20$ a shot at the bar in the ball room! Dont hold your events here. Smug manager Hector who barks orders at guests and shoved his chest in mu face to show me his name tag. Place smells like burned vacuum belt. Terrible experience . I do not recommend. Avoid at all costs. Update since I posted this. Hector has been around my table frequently, practically harassing us. Food was served late. Awful experience
