Everything was great, we look forward to our next stay at the Handlery San Diego. We cannot wait to see the completely remodeled hotel.
The room was small but clean. Shower had very little water pressure. We placed our breakfast order at 9pm (with a 10pm deadline) but it was not picked up so we had to go in search of breakfast. Not a huge deal but yet slightly frustrating. All in all for the 18 hours, it was just okay.
Easy check in, attentive staff and great location right off the freeway. The room was very clean and well prepared upon check in. Felt safe and secure. Will definitely go stay here again! 5 stars
My sorority celebrated our 86th birthday with lunch in The Stamps Room. Our waitress, Carmen, was very polite and accommodating. Our bartender and event contact Sandra, was also helpful and accommodating. We have held several events at this hotel, small and large, and always feel we were treated very nicely. We will be back in May!!
Great Hotel! Very clean, tastefully decorated, friendly staff and very nice restaurant and bar. The best part is all of this at a very affordable price!
Dilapidated.. We asked for a different room on arrival as ours had nail clippings and pubic hair in the bath. The second room was at least cleaner but at best mediocre. We arrived back at hotel after a day out and one side of our bed looked like an adult had slept on it !!. We were given no apology at any time.. This place was the only bad experience on our travels from San Francisco to Vegas. Not a patch on it's sister in San Fran ..HORRIBLE... DONT GO...
