I was given a gift card here from my fiance for Valentines Day only to find out that they’re permanently closed and it was a waste of $150. I am wondering how we can get a refund for the money that we basically just gave away, not cool!
Note for all: place appears to be closed. And appointments were scheduled and door was locked and place closed upon arrival. No word about appointment or “closing”.
This location closed suddenly with no explanation or refunds given and their nearest other location is all the way in arkansas so I cant even use my membership!! Thank god theres a massage envy right down the street, makes me wish i just signed up with them instead.
I have four gift cards purchased at Christmas and no where to use them now. Not a call or even a. Number to reach anyone. They sold my daughter 219 bucks worth of cards then when I called to check on it they said only one was valid. I’m super annoyed at losing the money and my Christmas gifts. And you can’t get ahold of corporate either.
Leaving this review to warn others about how bad this place has gone down hill. They will rob your “unused prepaid credits” and tell you to email or call if you have any questions or concerns AND NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. Watch them come comment on this post about contacting them again to resolve this and they won’t even bother. This is the most scandalous massage scamming business in Tulsa Hills. Beware all.
