We have used Hancock Tree Service on several occasions, both on big and small jobs, ranging from taking down a huge tree to cutting dead limbs and pruning our Bradford pear trees. They have always been punctual and professional, the crews have always checked to be sure we were happy with their work. They do an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. Pat & Jim Andrews
We were getting our house in Knoxville ready to sell, and called on Hancock Tree Service to remove some standing dead trees in the back yard, and take down the scary part of a double-trunk tree in the front yard. They also reshaped a neglected cherry tree. Everyone was extremely professional — and the men who actually climb, cut, and manage the cherry picker are AMAZING. (Their price was very reasonable compared to another service we had called.) Thanks, Hancock!

My cat Theon had been stuck up in a neighbor's tree for quite awhile. John Hancock got to the house, shimmied up the tree and had Theon down in a matter of minutes! All after work hours!!! He was amazing!!! I can't thank him enough for getting my sweet cat (he really is sweet, just not too smart😉) down safe and quickly. Thank you so much!!!!!!
The service & clean up was great! We had 2 trees cut down & a big oak tree trimmed back from our house. We also had the entire back yard bush hogged & cleared of all under growth & fallen limbs & trees. The guys were in & out in about 4 1/2 hours! The only thing is they dropped a limb on my grill & left a dent in in & didn’t say anything to me or my husband.
I had a huge tree cut down and removed. They finished the job in one day and did a great job cleaning up the mess. They were prepared for the job and all of the men were very nice and respectful. I would highly recommend them.
