Worst experience! 3 hours waiting to been seen. Then put into a consultation room to barely be looked at! Im sure my bill will be tripled! Half of the ER WAS SHUT DOWN with paint signs. Tell me this? Why is it you go to a store and the customer always right and speed is key...but when there is emergency they are slower then a snail and over priced ? Why should i pay triple for something compared to having a physical exam but having to wait several hours to be seen because they did nothing special other then be open past 5p.m... read more
The opening of the new facility in McCordsville has been handled very poorly. I received no notice it was open despite being a charter member. The hours are extremely limited - which was not disclosed at signup. I have been given the run-around in trying to have my concerns addressed - multiple phone calls, in-person visits and no satisfaction. Very poor customer service.
A terrible hospital. When you tell them up front that you will need to make payments, and they promise you that they will work with you, they are lying. They will send you to collections after the first bill charging the same rate you would have to pay for a credit card. Go to Community, this hospital cares nothing about old people who need care. They can't even get the results to the doctor promptly.The care at Community is so much better than Hancock you are much better ott at Community.
I had my son there in January and my daughter there in 2009. Absolutely wonderful experience both times. The nurses were so caring and Dr. Lo is the best around.
Horrible ob experience and horrible stay when I had my son. Also, 5 weeks later, my husband almost died due to surgeon's error. Was in the hospital for a week where we received ridiculous care. Refuse to go back there for anything.
Worst hospital in indiana treat all their patients like drug addicts and very rude staff. If you suffer from back pain this isnt the place to go. They will hurt you during your exam pressing and poking then pretend like theres nuthing wrong once thats all done and your hurting theyll send you home with ibuprofen
