I had a Doctor that was terrible and I was there over 5 days and he didn’t order therapy so when I got home I wasn’t on 𝐌edicare which I should be. I live at springhurst so I pay a lot for my room and I should have been on 𝐌edicare

We just spent 3 nights at hancock while having a baby. From the amazing nurses and doctors performing my c section, to the beautiful rooms, to the amazing food, we couldn’t be happier. The nurses working with us were wonderful, and helped with any and everything we could think of, not to mention they were extra loving to our baby. Most incompetent staff. 1st nurse couldn't figure out how to take my blood pressure. 2nd nurse couldn't find vein for blood draw. Came for infected bite on hand. In ER for almost 3 hrs & doctor's only suggestion is to consult with an orthopedic surgeon WTF? And take motrin. My hand is twice the normal size, red, painful & hot. I cant even bend my thumb. Hire some real doctors.
