Stopped by yesterday to pick up a few gifts for myself thanks to the point system and gift certificate that was sent to me always enjoy seeing Debbie in there. In my opinion from Virginia beach to the Three dealers in the Richmond area Hampton Roads Harley is the best.
“I wanted 2 particular accessories to jazz up my bike. These were retro items. Nate had road blocks cause they came up absolete. He spent some time looking for me knowing I was very interested in these original Harley parts and really didn't want aftermarket. I left the store, with him only finding aftermarket. BUT...about 30minutes after I left, I got a phone call....from Nate. He found what I wanted...original Harley-Davidson! He dug and dug and found the parts for me! Great service dept and sales staff, I thought I had a bad battery or issue in my charging system and was prepared for a hefty bill, turns out my SkyLINK was juicing my battery pretty bad and needed to be reset. In addition to an oil change my bill was $20. They took great care of me and fixed the issue instead of selling me things I assumed were bad and were not. Good honest people work here and that is a dying breed nowadays. I highly recommend this great group of professionals in both sales and service.
Staff is not very nice. But oh well. Went there yesterday for The Drive at it was 1:55 and we were to it was over with all ready. They didn't seem to give a rats ass.

I dropped my bike off on August 22nd for an oil leak and brake issue. I asked to have the bike back by September 7th for a trip to Gatlinburg, TN. Got the run around and did not get the bike back until today September 13th. However; Hampton Roads HD covered the $50.00 Extended Service Contract fee. Although my motorcycle trip did not go as planned, they did the right thing and my bill was $0.00.
Nice selection of new and used bikes. Friendly sales people.
