The dealership is simply outstanding! Never pushy whether it be a new bike, parts, clothing, or service. Everyone from the top leadership is down to earth and personable. This is a model business that many others should consider adopting their morals and ethics!

It has not been perfect and there has been some problems. I have brought those problems to the service manager's (Chad) attention. Chad has worked to ease my frustration. In the end most of the problems have been fixed. Thank you Rickey for putting up with my calls and emails. Thank you Chad for stepping up to fix things.
Dennis was awesome. I finally decided to get that 2017 Roadking. He made sure I got what I was looking for. It took months for me to finally decide which bike we really wanted. He worked with me every step of the way. Finance dept was wonderful as well
The employees are always willing to go above and beyond to help out customers. My husband is currently traveling and needs to replace a part. Kevin took the time to help me locate the part at another Harley so that he can pick it up and continue on his trip. You all are awesome!!
Paid cash for a bike, they "didn't have change" and was told they would mail a check for the difference. After 3-4 weeks of being sent to voicemail, I had to drive there and ask for my change back. They never filled it up with gas but I didn't notice before we left due to excitement. Lastly, I don't know HD procedure, but the bike had 6,000 miles on it when I bought it and when I went to have it serviced after riding a couple thousand, the service guy tells me NONE of the fluids appeared to have EVER been changed.
