My first time here after moving from Las Vegas. Needed to get an inspection - turns out, I needed a new rear tire for my ‘07 FXST to pass inspection. They were able to take care of it right then. Got my bike back in about an hour, inspected and good to go. I’ll go back for my next service!
I don’t think I ever left my review but I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is awesome, and I would like to say thank you for making my harley purchase pain free!
I'm from Pa., stopped in to get somethings. Usually when I'm working in another state. It's very common. That I find the nearest H-D Dealership. People there working are very friendly, not pushy. Not rude. I enjoyed my stop there. Got somethings for my bike. And a cool t shirt from they're apparel.
Two visits to HRHD , not a happy biker. 1st visit - Sales rep, offered me $21 K for my 2013 anniv model TRIKE, which told me my Trike depressed 3300.oo per year. NO SALE THERE! 2nd visit - to pick up my Trike following service, NOTICED they had failed to apply current VA state insp, sticker to Trike. After another 45 minute wait, finally headed home. I would have been EXTREMELY PISSED, had I gotten home to discover this oversight!
Courteous, knowledgeable and friendly!!! Nice day yesterday with the swap meet and band.
