Can't say enough about HRHD! Unknown to me, previous owner of my bike had installed a non-Harley lowering kit. Started having problems... Loud noise over bumps, loose drive belt, etc. . Same day problems started I called HRHD... Mary Anne said that she would squeeze me in for service the next day... Later that morning Chad called to let me know the problem... New parts on order but they set the bike back up stock so I could ride this weekend AND completed the 5000 mile service... As always the bike was immaculate when I pick... read more
