Over priced and over confident....wasnt my first rodeo. Tried to sell me a 2 year old "new" bike for double the price as I paid for the new 2018 I bought from the competition. Thanks Rick and Tony at Bayside! Ring a ding ding!
I just went to the car show. I know Andrea and it was good seeing her. Had a great time. If I ever buy a bike it will be there
I had SUCH a great experience the first time we popped in, I made it a point to visit again when I was in Yorktown again this weekend. This team will go above and beyond in every department to make your day better than it was when you walked in. I absolutely love this store and the people that work in it. If you just want a bike, get any old bike. If you want to truly be taken care of for years following that first purchase, get a Harley (from HRHD!)
RecommendedI came by and stopped in today to have a look. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by a young man who proudly showed me the new 2019 models that were on display. He pointed out the changes/upgrades on the new bikes. Very Cool!!

Traded in a bike a week ago on another used one. Oil level was low when I got home. Kept getting told "just one more minute". Salesman openly admitted he forgot me. I'll go to Richmond Harley Davidson next time I need something. The parts guy is cool though. I feel like if your not buying a brand new cruiser, you are second class here. Also, the bike I bought was dirty as hell. It had weathering but they didn't even try to clean it. I had to come back the next day and still caught the "one more minute" bullshit.
