The folks here have successfully made the transition from a small shop on Warwick to a new place in Yorktown - from one generation to the next of leadership - from a core group of people working to a new, expanded family of employees. Worst service department. Bike has been sitting there for over a month and NOTHING has been done to it. Third and last time I take my bike there.
