Rooms are great. Was here in August and the indoor pool was polar plunge!
Fantastic stay! Mandy was extremely helpful in giving us the lay of the land - attractions, great restaurants, and directions.
The jacuzzi was full of bacteria. It was this thick brown sludge on all of the water spouts. When I contacted the hotel, they said there was nothing they could do about it since they were all booked. But when i was in the lobby that night, i saw a couple book a room easily. They said they would look into it in the morning. That might help the hotel, but it was my last night, and I never got to use the jacuzzi. Aside from the jacuzzi, the bathtubs floor was warped. Standing on it for a regular shower was painful.
