I called at 10:46pm and spoke to lady named Shannon and requested the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Shannon told me they couldn’t come get me because shuttle services stopped “1 minute ago”. I asked if there was an exception and was advised no, the driver already went home. Thank you Shannon, for horrible customer service. As somebody who has only stayed at Hilton locations for the last several years I’m absolutely appalled by this. I cancelled my reservation and will be going somewhere else.
If you have an early morning flight then this is the place to stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. I only wish I had been there for the party that prompted them to put this sign in my room.
Blanca at front desk was very helpful. This is my new go to, whenever I’m in Hebron.
