RecommendedThe studio we stayed in was clean and very roomy. The views were awesome the staff was friendly. Will book again for sure.
After my stay and reading reviews on here it all makes sense. I drove around 200 miles with 2 cranky babies to arrive to my room. At 4:40pm I was told my room was not ready and to come back in 15-20 minutes. The rest of the family was tired and I asked to speak to a manager. I was not able to speak to a manger and was credited $50. This was nice but not helpful to my situation of wanting to rest and be able to catch the sunset. We of course missed the sunset. Not that this should be an excuse, but we did have over 300 arrivals and departures that day, which contributed to the delay. Again, since this was our error, the team did provide you a credit to enjoy something to eat and drink while waiting. One heated outdoor pool that kids were not allowed in and over priced drinks. (8 drinks cost $132). No laundry facilities on site.
There was nothing we didnt love here. The place,people,service all were of the highest quality! Cant wait to go again.

Overall, super nice resort. The staff was wonderful inside the hotel, especially the bellhop and maid service. Our room was clean every evening. Check in process was easy, hassle free, and everyone was nice and helpful. It was cold during our stay, but we were still able to enjoy the sand and sun, and the pool area. The renovations are now completed. The suites are spacious, comfortable and well decorated. Magnificient view from the suites and the restaurant. Great service all over the resort.
My wife an I just stayed there and it was a fantastic resort very clean and staff very friendly food and drinks where great a lil on the price side but well worth it! We will be booking again next month to take the grandkids there for a few days!!
