Awesome resort my wife and I loved it. The Ocean Course was beautiful and fun to play definitely would like to stay again �
Where do I start? My family recently stayed at this resort for my son's 10th birthday. First, we couldn't check in until almost 6pm. Second, none of the TV's in the 3 bedroom condo were operable. Third, and most importantly, there were 2 gun cases with full loaded magazines under the bed in the master bedroom. We immediately contacted the hotel manager and security upon discovering them. Tyson, a manager at the hotel, indicated that he couldn't provide a refund since we booked through Travelocity. I have half a dozen e-mails... read more

Great food terrible service. We sat there 10 minutes nobody came to the table. When they dud they only brought six waters and seven silverware. We asked for more 3x. We cleared our own dishes too.
Absolutely beautiful place. Dinner and breakfast was outstanding. We slept on a 6- th floor with open balcony and ocean � sounds all night long, that was priceless!!
This is the absolute worst check in process I have ever experienced - whether it’s been a 5 Star Resort or a Holiday Inn. The lobby has been packed for hours with people waiting on their rooms. When the hotel check in time isn't until 4:00, there is no reason all of these people should still be without a room at 5:30. The resort offered nothing for the inconvenience. Unbelievable.
