Food was great! Condo was great! Only downside was they won't let u pay cash at bars or restraints.
Ocean Course is back open and in great shape. Room was more modern than we have had in past years, but furniture very uncomfortable. Lobby staff was very nice. Wish the debris from the hurricane along the beach front would be cleaned up.
If there was any down fall it was some of the lame Pool staff mostly the bar tenders but the wait staff was fine . The four bedroom suite we had was incredible and put the bartenders left a bad taste for us Luckily they had a good manager down on the pool floor his name is Carlos and he straighten things out but it was still lame

Staff go out of their way to make your stay excellent !
The customer service here is spectacular. The chef heard I had a peanut allergy and came out to see if I wanted him to bake me a few cookies peanut free. I said No, but then the hotel manager came out and said it really isn’t a problem. They went above and beyond so I can enjoy a little dessert at the luncheon. That was awesome. Thank you very much. It was good too and very much appreciated.#hammockbeach
