5 stars! We got a great deal on Groupon for the amazing suites! The best part was that it wasn’t a spring break destination, but a family oriented resort! It is a little isolated, but a close (15min) drive to several locations. Also within driving distance to St Augustine, Daytona beach, and Jacksonville. The resort restaurants were a little pricey so we ate most meals offsite. Lots of pool options, with a somewhat complex layout. The activity lawn was awesome, and their customer service was OUTSTANDING!
Great resort. Kids had a blast. Heater wasn’t working in the kids pool so that made it a little chilly but they were accommodating and allowed the young ones upstairs in the adult pool. Look forward to our next trip!
Service has really declined here. Was Kat here 4 years ago and had a great experience. They apparently have a problem “turning over” rooms. Was supposed to have a room ready at 4. No call. Checked at 4:45... they told me 30 minutes and it would be ready. Checked again at 5:25... no room. This is called overpromising and underdelivering. Asked for 3 pillows once I got a room. They said no problem... never got the pillows. Service is an issue.
Just returned from a fabulous weekend at Hammock Beach Resort. Beautiful property and attentive staff. Exceeded all expectations. Chris and Reggie from the bell staff were amazing.

Customer service here at the resort was excellent! People went out of their way to help mke our stay a good one. It’s a great resort for families. I gave it 4 stars due to the annoying check-in/out beach towel policy (which I totally get, it’s just annoying) and be aware you need to sign-up your kids a day before if you plan to do the kid drop off. We will definitely be back!
The studio we stayed in was clean and very roomy. The views were awesome the staff was friendly. Will book again for sure.
