8:07 am.... no one answering fir 40 min. I hung up.
We waited an hour and they didn’t even call to check in after the initial check-in at the door. We had to go and ask when we are getting checked in because all of the patients who came after us were checked in and was called in. We arrived 25 min early as well. Most of the experience at Hamilton has not been pleasant mostly because of the wait time.
Going across country to another center so you don't have to have any semblance of human stimulus with anyone who works there is more self fulfilling.
