Every time you try to communicate, neither Hamilton nor Wic ever answer.
Whole place needs new employees! Waited on the phone for literally 40 minutes trying to set an appt nobody answers, I leave a message no call back! If you do a walk in you’ll be sitting for hours and when it comes to getting your medicine they always have different people and half the time can’t find your stuff, sends a text or call to say your prescription is ready just to be told it’s not there and has to be ordered. It’s ridiculous! This place was convenient for distance but I’ll rather go elsewhere.

Had to physically go in to make an appointment because I’ve been calling for the last month and have left voicemails to which no one has gotten back to. While using the phone they have there to set it up, I was asked very rudely why it’s taken me so long to get a follow up appointment seeing that I’m 40 weeks pregnant tomorrow, July 1st was my last check up and I just wanted to make sure everything was going alright rather than go to labor and delivery.
