Horrible to deal with on the billing. My husbands insurance paid the amount they accept from Medicare since they are not on anyone's PPO. The insurance shows us with a balance of zero, but they won't accept that as full payment like insurance says to do. They gave us a balance of almost $1000 after insurance paid. They are a rip off and refuse to accept insurance as full payment even when insurance shows as balance of zero. If you call for an ambulance ask for someone else.
They came to pick my mom up and from the moment they arrived at our house till they arrived at the hospital the woman emt was rude and very unprofessional. I have many choice words i would rather use but they need to hire better people.
