The office staff called my insurance company to make sure I was covered. They said they called my insurance company to make sure the dates for the extractions would be covered...and told us we were covered...but we were not covered, we still had 3 days to go before the extractions would be covered by my insurance company....costing me $970.00. They were apologetic but never admitted fault or offer any kind of discount for the communication error.
