Wonderful service AT FIRST after they have your money they give two shits about your car or you. The service at the service center is bad they are rude and make me feel like im a bother. Perhaps it was just a one time experience but I personally didnt like it.
After having a subpar experience at Keyes, Steve Denson and Bianca Kayshap really made car buying fun and easy. I was in and out in under three hours with a new car and truly had a first rate experience. Their integrity and teamwork (including the finance department) made this absolutely painless. Thank you again for a top notch experience.
Horrible customer service. Sold my truck through Autotrader program and heard nothing of any progress (as far as my portion of the sale price) from the gentleman that handled the transaction despite several phone calls. I ended up having to talk to someone else at the dealership only to be told that the time table I agreed to at the time of sale was overly optimistic. This was my first and last experience with Hamer Toyota.
