Horrible experience! The sales guy lost our license and they said thee is nothing they can do about it. Now we are stuck without a license having to make dmv appointments, losing time from work and even paying fees. It was really apparent that the sales guys and even Fred King customer relations manager didn't really care about our issue with a sh... Happens attitude. So unhappy and disappointed in their unprofessionalism. What a disgust.
We bought our Scion XB about a week ago & our experience couldn't have been better. David Gonzalez helped on several visits it took us to finally decide on what car to buy. Since we bought it on a rainy day he told us to bring it back when we had time to get a car wash. He was super nice and helpful!! We will definitely be visiting him again next year when it's time to trade our second car in. Thank you David and Hamer Toyota!!
