A few months ago I changed four of my tires to BF KO2’s, didn’t change the spare at that time. Called earlier this week to schedule an appointment to swap out the spare, made an appointment and show up on time to find out no one ever ordered it and they’re not the least bit sorry. I live over 25 miles away and rarely have time off. I’m supposed to be going on a road trip in a couple of days and now I’m going to be underprepared.
