Juan Hernandez our sales person was great!!! He listened to what we wanted when I spoke with him on the phone. When I complained about Hamer not participating in the Costco car buying program which would have been invoice plus $850 for our Highlander, he told me about the AAA program that Hamer does participate in which is invoice plus $0!!!

I was very lucky to purchase the most in demand Toyota currently, the Rav-4 Prime XSE! The transaction was quick and I felt safe as everyone wore masks and socially distanced! The financial department didn’t pressure me for lot’s of extras, they just offered me options! I would totally recommend Hammer Toyota in Mission Hills!
