Prior to going to Hamer Toyota, I visited other dealerships for a different type of auto. The salesman, C.J. Villasenor, in Mission Hills was absolutely a delight. My husband and I are retired. We both worked in sales for many years..Our experiences today in the retail market have deteriorated to say the least. C.J. brought back the value of being a trustworthy, patient, knowledgeable. respectable individual. We left with a new Toyota Avalon , Thank you C.J.!!!!
Sales rep Anna was super nice and friendly. Sales manager and Customer Support managers are horrible and rude. One told me "We can say what ever we want during negotiation and as long as its not on paper we don't have to honor it" While the other told me "I will not even try to resolve this issue or even try to find some kind of solution" Anna i hope you find a new job at a different dealership... you deserve better.
