Worst service ever! Their service department definitely needs to consider their workers very carefully. If your employees think I don’t understand Spanish they are wrong! I absolutely am disgusted after what I heard come out of his mouth to his co worker.

Carlos Rodriguez is an excellent salesperson. He is very courteous and knowledgeable and takes the time necessary to describe each vehicle's features to the customer. The only problem I had was when the monthly payment was presented to me with "gap insurance" included. I did not find out until I got to the finance department. Even then, it took an awful lot of questioning to get to the bottom line without any extra warranties or insurance included in the monthly payment. Horrible I was sold a used car without the car facts and was never told there was an accident reported on the car. They never disclosed any facts and lied about what the car was worth they sold me a 13,000 car that was only worth 4000. I admit they really got me and I will never ever go back here again or not recommend to anyone. Really disappointed and pissed off. They scammed me

I fell in love with a Toyota CHR XLE PREMIUM. I can't believe I'm driving it right now. Thanks to Tony Pijuan who made that possible.
