I have been living at the HGB Lexington Hills 360 Lexington Pkwy So. I have lived in the Lexington Hills apartments for over 5 years. I would like to commend the current caretaker, Sarah, for her diligence in following up on every issue and her hard work to keep things looking clean and fresh. The new laundry set-up is great!
The property manager is very professional and positive! It's one of the main reasons why I ultimately decided to live at the apartment on Lexington in St. Paul.
In April 2018 my roommate and I moved into Lexington Hills Apartments, a property managed by Halverson and Blaiser Group, Ltd. After 7 years of renting in St. Paul, I must say I've never experienced better property management! Any questions or concerns we have are answered promptly through email, our common areas are kept clean and our maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner. Sarah, our property manager, is always willing to go above and beyond to help out! I would highly recommend this apartment complex!
I have lived at their Lexington, St. Paul location for over a year and I have been pleasantly surprised at the service and attention my rental needs have been received. Maintenance requests have been handle quickly and efficently. When after hours emergencies have occurred, they have been handled quickly and professional. Our current manager, Sarh has been doing a great job! Thanks!

I would like to give a 5 star to SARAH BARTHOLOMEW, manager who welcomed me to my new apartment back in June of 2018. There have been numerous small issues with the building & unit, and one larger issue, and she (and maintenance person Denise) have responded right away to everything.....they try to get details resolved and bring improvements to an aging building. This is my account of life at Heritage House Apartments in St Paul, MN. Since day one, I have had to put up with a drug dealer(and this is what this women told me she was) that lived next to me and she set her apartment on fire because of it and nearly killed all of the residents. And just for the record, this condemned unit is still the way it was 3 months ago with no repair done to it. Three months, doesn't that seem like a long time? Long story short, my lease ends 4/31/17, now they want to give me a Final Demand for Payment noticed stating a higher balance I supposedly owe them. They not only screwed up my rental record, but refused to pay for it to get expunged. Jan's rent was handle in court and findings states I don't owe for Jan, but the current month at that point. Also, their Regional Property Manager (Barrett M.) for Como Lakes Apartment, is an questionable character who does not report accurate information to the accounting department and seems ... read more
