My experience was great. I had no wait time! The hygenist took the time to thoroughly clean my teeth. She was was pleasant, providing cleaning tips and answered my questions about care of my gums and teeth. I would highly recommend Crown Now Family Dentistry for cleanings.
I have been having my dental work done at Crowns Now for several years. I have never had a bad experience. The office on Cleveland Court, across from the Greenville Tech campus, is small but very elegantly decorated inside. I absolutely love Dr. Jamie Wheeler-she is fantastic. The newest thing this practice does is to notify you via text message about upcoming appointments (if you sign up for this service). The dentist and staff were customer friendly and explained everything they were doing. Couldn't ask for a friendlier and environment.
I have always been happy and satisfied with my cleaning appointments however I am overly impressed with the wonderful treatment I received when I had an unexpected problem come up. I was well taken care of and very pleased with my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Wheeler and her awesome staff to anyone who wants and needs professional yet comfortable dental care.
My hygienist was so personable and genuinely friendly. I experienced no pain and had a great visit.
