From an implant to crowns to cleaning the experience has been great. Dr's Dixon, Jacob and Wheeler and their staff are the best!
My experience with Crowns Now was great. I was taken to examining room at 11:00 sharp ( my appt was for 11:00) and finished before 1:00 with my temporary crown....and the process was virtually painless. The price was unbeatable. I am a very satisfied patient.
I went in thinking that I needed a crown. The dentist looked and told me that one was not needed. She saved me hundred of dollars. I was very impressed with her honesty!
Totally thrilled as a new patient. I was referred by a friend who has had years of dental work under her belt and she highly recommended Dr. Wheeler. My friend said, "Dr. Wheeler knows he stuff, she is direct and thorough and on her game." I will conquer. The office staff were fantastic, from my initial call to Kathy to the follow through at the office. I was bumped up on schedule due to cancelations and the appointment changes were effortless. While visiting my parents in Greenville from Charlotte, I broke a tooth and needed help. I called Crowns Now and the first question asked was, "Are you in pain?" I said no, and got an appointment the next day. They got me in and out with very little trouble. I would highly recommend Crowns Now Family Dentistry to anyone needing dental asistance.
I went to Crowns Now this week for the 1st time, after breaking a tooth, since my old Dentist had closed his practice. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Dr. Wheeler and her staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and Dr. Wheeler explained things in laymans terms, so I knew what she was doing every step of the way. I highly recommend Crowns Now!!
This was my daughter's first visit. Sabrina was perfect. She was so good with her and calmed her fears and told her all that was going to happen with each step.. She made the cleaning so easy.
The staff and Dr. Wheeler were GREAT! My uncle has always been my dentist in NJ so I've been very hard to please and warned about dentist's not practicing evidence based medicine or even selling you on things you don't need done whether it be cosmetics or filling a cavity that isn't really there.
