Only take your pets here if you only see them as pets and not family members. They don't treat the animals with respect, the dr did not introduce himself, we were not greeted when we arrived. We waited about 1.5hrs ( first come, first serve appts)- THEY DO NO PUT EMERGENCIES FIRST, so please do not take an attacked animal, etc here! (I woman brought in her cat that had been attacked by a dog, and they told her she would have to wait behind everyone in line! Ridiculous!) This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. I hate going to the dentist. My first time there was painless and fast. Best experience i've ever had at a dentist. The staff is very professional and comforting. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
